Tiger Properties has completed the handover of Neva Residences, a 17-storey residential building in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. The official handover took place on 16 March 2026.
It is the company’s second handover of 2026, with four more scheduled before the end of the year.
Residence design
Every home has a modern bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen; larger units add living and dining areas, balconies and maid’s rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and open views.
