Tiger Group, founded in the UAE in the late 1970s, has grown into more than 40 companies. Its real estate arm, Tiger Properties, has delivered over 250 projects with a total built-up area of 120 million square feet.
Tiger Properties has unveiled Tiger Sky Tower in Business Bay, which sets world records for the highest rainforest (447 metres), the highest roller-coaster adventure within a rainforest (447 metres), the highest infinity pool (431 metres), the highest restaurant (439 metres) and the highest penthouse (426 metres). The tower has 122 floors and rises 532 metres.
CEO Eng. Amer Waleed Al Zaabi said construction has started, with handover set for the second quarter of 2029. The project has a building area of 2,784,122 and a cost of USD 1 billion.
The tower offers one- to four-bedroom apartments and 18 luxury penthouses, and its green design supports the UAE’s plans for a greener country.
