Project launch
Tiger Properties has launched Tiger Downtown Ajman in the Al Alia area of Ajman, an investment of USD 10 billion that follows its projects in Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Project overview
Covering 4,273,504 square metres, the project is a fully integrated residential city of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses, all fully furnished, with a lagoon running through it.
Facilities and amenities
More than 25 amenities include a multi-purpose dome, the lagoon, waterfront restaurants, fountains, a boat dock, an elevated walkway, an interactive plaza, gardens, sports courts, a mosque, an amphitheatre, children’s play areas, a food truck zone, a linear park, a central promenade, a waterfall, art installations and a fitness centre, plus a jacuzzi, sauna, massage room and cold plunge pool.
First phase and payment terms
The first phase launches with Orchid Towers 1 and 2, with flexible payment plans of up to five years and ownership open to all nationalities.
Management statement
Eng. Amer Waleed Al Zaabi, CEO of Tiger Properties, said the project marks the company’s entry into Ajman. Construction is expected to take three years, with handovers in the fourth quarter of 2028.
